Our CF-IZ1 highly conductive carbon fiber with nanometer in diameters and micron sized in length used as conductive materials for high performance and cyclability in batteries, Li-ion batteries, Lead acid battery, Supercapacitors and Fuel cells. Our CF-IZ1 material help in formation of network structure that ultimately increases the conductivity of the electrode and help in maintain the thick structures and compactness of electrodes. Our CF-IZ1 type of material is activated under steam/KOH/H3PO4 to get high surface area activated carbon fibers (ACF) mainly for supercapacitor applications.

CF-IZ1-100-Carbon fibers with nanometers in diameter and 1-3 micron in length. CF-IZ1-100 is activated under steam/KOH/H3PO4 to get activated carbon ACF-IZ1-100 with surface area about 800-1500 m2/gm. ACF-IZ1-100 is used to prepare high surface area electrodes for capacitors.

CF-IZ1-3000-Carbon fibers with nanometer in diameter and microns size in length are used to rechargeable battery industry and to prepare smart composite in Automobile, Aerospace, Marine, Armor, Renewable energy industries. CF-IZ1-3000 is activated under steam/KOH/H3PO4 to get activated carbon ACF-IZ1-300 with surface area about 800-1500 m2/gm. ACF-IZ1-3000 is used to prepare high surface area electrodes for capacitors.

 

 

CF-IZ1-1000Si-Carbon fibers decorated with Silicon powder as anode material for Li-ion battery. CF-IZ1-1000 can be easily loaded with other materials V2O5, Sn, and S.

 

CF-IZ1-1000Pt-Carbon fibers decorated with Platinum powder as anode material for Fuel Cells. CF-IZ1-1000 can be easily loaded with other materials Ru, Pd, Ni, Ag and Au.
