Raw materials are becoming extinct and costly. In the history of materials, carbon is the well known and highly researched element related to energy and smart composites. Mostly battery grade carbon "Graphite" comes from mining, mining cause huge damage to environment as well as complicated process and waste. IsraZion Ltd. a "startup" based in Israel developed clean process to get high quality carbon material from textile solid waste. Tons of textile solid waste is generated every year from domestic and industry. IsraZion ltd has developed a clean technology process to produce carbon and smart composites materials from textile solid waste through pyrolysis and sintering technique to get carbon in the form of powder, fibers, sheets and various simple and complicated materials and parts. The carbon powder and fiber materials are the key drivers for energy storage industry. The composite materials are Si+C, W+C, Ti+C, Al+C, B+C, and C that plays an important role for manufacturing parts for Automobile, Aerospace, Power trains, Marine, Armor, Renewable energy (Wind turbine blades and Solar Industry) and Nuclear power plants. With our process we can generate high surface area activated carbon from textile waste, the materials produced are mainly for preparing electrodes meant for supercapacitors.
